It is not possible to change the billing cycle from the client’s side. In order to change the cycle of your hosting package, you will need to submit a ticket with your request to our Billing department.
Billing cycles for our current hosting packages are as follows.
- Budget hosting plans: annual billing cycle only.
- Shared hosting plans: monthly, semi-annual or annual billing cycle.
