  3. Hosting any web pages or providing any services that support spam.
  4. Spamming using a third-party proxy, aggregation of proxy lists, or proxy mailing software installation.

  6. Hosting any web pages or providing any services that support spam.
Limits
  1. There is a 50 outgoing email hourly limit per domain. Any mail above and beyond these limits will be failed and will be discarded without delivery.
  2. There are 30 POP3/IMAP checks per hour limits per each user’s connecting IP address. Beyond this, you’re likely to get a wrong password error message and automatically blocked by the system. If this happens, wait for 1 hour and the system will unblock you automatically.
  3. Scripts that send email as a result of user activity (user registration, new comment posted, forum subscriptions, etc) should include measures to prevent abuse.
Mailing Lists
  1. All mailing list subscribers must be double opt-in.
  2. All messages must contain a one-click unsubscribe link with no additional steps required.
  3. Any unsolicited e-mail being sent will result in suspension or termination of the offending account. We take a zero-tolerance stance against sending unsolicited e-mail and other forms of spam.
